Maestra Santos' 1st and 2nd graders are loving their Just Run time. On Friday, February 20th, Just Run coach, Stacey Wilson, took the first graders out first while the second graders did some benchmark testing with Maestra Santos. After 30+ minutes of stretching, jumping jacks, sprints, sit ups and more stretching, they switched with the second graders. The photos below show each group showing their strength and their loud "roar"!! They love getting outside and pushing their bodies so they are ready to get inside and push their minds!
In the classroom, Maestra Santos and her students have been working on Dr. Seuss' birthday activities. Be sure to walk by their classroom and check out all the beautiful artwork and bulletin boards. Lincoln has some very talented artists. We owe a big thank you to parent,
